## Description

We are seeking an Accountant to provide technical and general accounting services in accordance with IQVIA Finance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP), Sarbanes-Oxley rules and financial reporting requirements of the business unit.

**Essential Functions**

- Manage month-end close processes and blackline activities

- Ensure compliance control and maintain order and contract records

- Handle billing and revenue recognition tasks

- Process accruals and prepare required documents for month-end close

- Organize monthly calls with local offices and maintain country-specific documentation

- Prepare samples for SOX audits and perform other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**

- Commercial studies or apprenticeship required

- 1 year of experience in finance, administration, or customer support

- Fluency in English (oral and written) is essential; knowledge of German, French, Italian, or Spanish is an asset

- Familiarity with SAP, PeopleSoft Finance, or Oracle is desirable

- Strong team player with service and client-oriented approach

- Ability to adapt to changes, prioritize tasks, and maintain effective working relationships
