## Description

Job Title: Hourly Production Team Member

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our production team at our manufacturing facility in Sterling Heights, MI. As an Hourly Production Team Member, you will play a critical role in assembling vehicles and components, working closely with our team to ensure high-quality products.

Responsibilities:

- Assemble vehicles and components using materials and tools provided

- Select, manipulate, and attach parts onto vehicles or components using power or hand tools, hoists, or other equipment and machinery

- Work on any assigned schedule, change shifts periodically, and work overtime as needed

- Maintain good attendance and adhere to safety rules and procedures

Requirements:

- Successful completion of drug screen, physical, and background checks

- Ability to perform manual labor, standing and walking much of the time, and with a certain amount of manual dexterity

- Ability to learn, remember, and maintain pace of steps involved in performing a job after instruction, training, and familiarization with the tasks

- Ability to work in a team environment, including helping co-workers, maintaining and promoting a safe work environment, treating co-workers with dignity and respect, and accepting and following instructions and requests from leadership
