## Description

We are seeking a Private Customer Consultant to join our team in Wuppertal. As a consultant, you will work in our modern, digital, and hybrid work environment, providing personalised advice to our customers.

Your tasks will include:

- Providing customer-centric advice via digital media (telephone, video consultation, co-browsing, and email) on topics such as accounts, service, digitalisation, and exploiting the entire standardised product range for our customers

- Utilising your expertise in digital consulting and sales of personal loans (including protection) as well as securities products, complemented by your knowledge of the entire private customer product range

- Demonstrating excellent telephone appointment-making skills and being adept at conclusion-oriented customer consulting

- Contributing significantly to the team's success with your pronounced sales and communication skills and complementing them with your ambition

- Promoting the team's consulting performance through motivation and sharing your expertise with colleagues

Requirements:

- Experience in advising customers in a team with a focus on developing customers for the digital, omnichannel private customer segment

- Responsibility for intensive and needs-based consulting, sales via digital media of banking products, and especially consulting-intensive products such as consumer financing and securities products

- Active approach to customers on digital services (e.g., online/mobile banking) and obtaining opt-ins

- Secure handling of digital media (including telephony, video consultation, screen sharing) and consistent use of all available aids at your omnichannel-capable workstation

- Own competence in personal loans, IDD and AnsFuG certified, and meeting the quality requirements in the credit and securities business with the associated regulatory requirements and approvals

- Ability to stimulate customer needs using standardised consulting processes (e.g., financial check) and qualified referral to needs beyond your own competence

- In-depth knowledge of the financing and securities business, continuously developing your specialist, sales, process, and digitalisation know-how

- Confident, routine, competent, and friendly demeanor in consulting, with pronounced sales skills and high customer orientation

- Targeted use of AI-supported applications to efficiently identify customer needs, optimise workflows, and continuously improve consulting quality
