## Description

The Commercial Strategy & Operations Internship experience is an 11-week full-time opportunity that starts on May 24th, 2027, and concludes on August 4th, 2027.

This is a hybrid position with 3 days (generally Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) in the Hartford, CT office location. The other 2 days each week will be working remotely from home, office, or another location of your choice.

As a CVS Health Corporate Intern you will participate in:

- Projects that contribute to the success of our business

- Community service activities

- Professional development workshops

- Mentorship and networking opportunities

- Interaction with senior leaders

The hourly rate is $26/hr with 40 hours/week, no work on July 4th (company holiday), and two days of paid leave. Additionally, our corporate interns have an increased likelihood to receive an offer for a future role with CVS Health.

You Will Gain Valuable Work Experience and Participate In:

- Supporting strategic initiatives that contribute to enterprise sales and customer retention efforts

- Developing project management skills through coordination of timelines, action items, and project deliverables

- Creating executive-ready presentations, reports, dashboards, and business communications

- Analyzing data, feedback, and industry trends to identify opportunities and support business decisions

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to advance strategic objectives and operational priorities

- Participating in strategic planning, business development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives

- Supporting internal communications, leadership events, customer forums, and employee engagement activities

- Leading a project from planning through execution and presenting recommendations and outcomes to leadership

**Required Qualifications**

- Meet educational requirements (see Education section)

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Have demonstrated leadership experience. Examples include: active roles in student or social organization activities, sports, or school or work-related projects

- Have internship, work, or project experience in a related field

- Show strong written and verbal communication skills

- Have an interest in obtaining a full-time position within CVS Health upon graduation

- Proficiency using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and business functions

- Demonstrated project management and time management skills

**Education:**

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree

- Have an anticipated graduation date between September 2027 and June 2028

- Have a major relevant to the position such as Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Organizational Leadership, or a related field
