## Description

As an HR Service Specialist, you will provide operational support to the Talent Acquisition team in Germany, handling standardized administrative and coordination tasks throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.

**Responsibilities:**

- Support the creation and publication of target group-specific job advertisements on internal and external platforms.

- Coordinate interviews, including scheduling appointments with candidates, hiring managers, and interview participants.

- Provide administrative support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Assist with standardized reporting, research activities, and process improvement initiatives within the Talent Acquisition function.

- Support onboarding activities from a recruiting perspective.

- Prepare presentation materials for general HR-related topics.

**Profile:**

- Completed commercial/business vocational training or a comparable qualification.

- Initial professional experience in an HR environment, ideally within Recruiting or HR Services.

- Very good German language skills, written and spoken (minimum B2 level), along with good English language skills.

- Proficient in MS Office; experience with HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) and content management systems (CMS) is an advantage.

- Strong customer and service orientation, with a passion for structured administrative work.

- Careful, reliable, and self-driven working style.

- Strong organisational skills and enjoyment of collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders and contacts.
