## Description

We are seeking a Senior Corporate and Policy Communications Manager to join our French Communications team in Paris. As a central member of the team, you will shape and execute the communications strategy for one of Airbnb's biggest markets globally.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement robust corporate and policy communications strategies

- Manage the press office and handle reactive Corporate & Policy enquiries

- Build relationships with key reporters

- Draft written materials such as story pitches, press releases, and messaging guidelines

- Create monthly coverage reports to evaluate and measure coverage impact

- Support media interviews and public speaking engagements

Requirements:

- 6-8 years of experience in policy and corporate communications

- Experience working on communications initiatives involving trust, crisis, policy, regulatory, corporate, and financial matters

- Expert knowledge of the French media landscape

- Ability to work collaboratively in a matrix organisation

- Fluent English and French, spoken and written

- Excellent writing and verbal communications skills

- Experience in media relations with an established network in France

- Experience working in fast-paced environments

Benefits:

- The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands

- The base pay range for this role is €74,000 - €93,000 EUR per year

- Eligible for bonus, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits
