## Description

Agile Dev Team Members have collective responsibility for the design, development, testing and/or deployment of system functionality.

As an Agile Dev Team Member III with primarily a development discipline, you will provide technical feasibility using a range of coding methods and adhere to coding standards to ensure consistent style and format. You will ensure systems are high in code and component quality, and are easily modified to support future requirements with support and limited guidance of more senior developers or architects.

As an Agile Dev Team Member III with primarily a testing discipline, you will ensure the end product meets the business acceptance criteria and non-functional requirements. You will define and execute tests early, often, and at multiple levels depending on your level of experience.

Responsibilities:

- Interpret customer needs into viable solutions and provide input into system design

- Write and refine user stories, including clear and accurate acceptance criteria

- Perform broad and detailed impact assessments relating people, processes and/or technology

- Estimate user stories using relative sizing of story points

- Support implementation activities, troubleshooting user/system environmental issues, and training as required

- Execute Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) to build in quality

- Code instructions for computer programs/objects/components; configure packaged software

- Provide input into the solution design and functionality of business applications

- Review and validate application technical design of team members

- Document and implement programs according to standards and conventions

- Analyze and make recommendations on the need for system backup, security, restart/recovery, balancing & controls

- Analyze and document the requirements and approaches to data conversion and data modeling

- Quality check program code, related objects and documentation

- Deliver working code each sprint

- Demonstrate ability to read and write simple code

- Modify code in an existing file

- Execute basic data creation tools and read automation test results

- Demonstrate understanding of the fundamentals of automation tools and framework
