## Description

We are seeking a flexible worker to join our Clinical Research Unit in Leeds. This 0-hour contract position involves phone screening of healthy volunteers for clinical trials.

Responsibilities:

- Phone screening of new study participants to collect demographic data and perform medical history questionnaires

- Assessing suitability of participants for clinical trials based on their medical history and demographic information

- Explaining study requirements to participants and ensuring they understand all necessary details

- Scheduling appointments for suitable participants

Requirements:

- Previous call centre experience is ideal, but customer service, retail sales, technical support, or help desk experience is also advantageous

- Excellent communication skills, with ability to respond confidently to participants' needs and queries

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

- GCSE or O-Level standard education

This role offers the opportunity to gain experience in a clinical research environment while working flexibly around other commitments.
