## Description

We are seeking Casual Security Officers to support the safe delivery of world-class events at Goodwood's 2026 headline events.

As a Casual Security Officer, you will play a key role in protecting one of the UK's most unique estates, working alongside our full-time team to help protect Goodwood House, the Richmond Family, and the Estate's heritage.

Responsibilities include:

- Event security

- Patrols

- Access control

- Incident response

- Supporting busy operational periods throughout the year

Requirements:

- Experience in a security, police, military, or similar operational environment

- Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (minimum requirement)

- Full UK manual driving licence

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Flexibility to work evenings, nights, weekends, and key event periods

Benefits:

- Competitive hourly rate of £16.81 to £20.45 depending on experience

- Training rate of £14.24 per hour (inclusive of holiday accrual)
