## Description

IOM is seeking an International Consultant to support the establishment of an integrated programmatic architecture for sustainable solutions programming in Iraq.

The consultant will work on three interconnected initiatives:

- Harmonization of RRR programming and Durable Solutions Theory of Change and development of a mission-wide, SRF-aligned indicator framework;

- Development of a unified monitoring framework and standardized Information Management (IM) inputs to establish a continuous programme feedback loop;

- Integration of targeting criteria and territory selection methodologies through a common territorial planning approach.

The consultant's tasks will include:

- Reviewing and mapping existing CBP methodologies, RRR and DS objectives, and implementation approaches;

- Developing an integrated CBP-planning model;

- Adapting and strengthening planning tools;

- Piloting the integrated approach;

- Capturing lessons and refining the methodology;

- Finalizing and institutionalizing the approach.

The consultancy will be undertaken on a deliverable-based basis, with an estimated level of effort of approximately 66 working days over the contract period.
