## Job Overview

We're seeking a Project Manager to oversee high-priority Total Rewards projects and programs at Stripe. As a member of the Total Rewards Strategy & Enablement team, you will develop real subject matter expertise, engage with pillar leads as a strategic partner, and bring structure to complex decisions.

## Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end project management for high-profile cyclical and transformational Total Rewards projects

- Advise and embed with project teams across the Total Rewards and People portfolio

- Build subject matter expertise across Benefits, Compensation, Equity, Talent Mobility, and M&A

- Develop, automate, and continuously improve program management infrastructure

- Leverage AI tools to accelerate synthesis, drafting, stakeholder communications, and documentation

- Drive cross-functional alignment across People and key partner functions

- Tackle complex program questions with rigor and independence

- Surface patterns and gaps across the program portfolio

## Requirements

- 7+ years of People project, program, or operations management experience

- At least 3 years driving multi-stakeholder, cross-functional programs end to end

- A track record of building processes, playbooks, or program infrastructure from scratch

- Excellent written communication and strong stakeholder management skills

- AI expertise and analytical fluency

- A users-first mindset

## Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with change management frameworks

- Experience building and deploying enablement materials or training resources

- Experience in Total Rewards, People Operations, or an adjacent HR domain

- Familiarity with PM and collaboration tools

- Familiarity with Total Rewards or HR systems
