## Description

Logitech is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to drive sales growth, margin improvement, and strong controls over financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

The successful candidate will play a key role in offering an unbiased and independent view on the business and the decisions that need to be taken.

Responsibilities:

- Support business case financials of new product launches, provide scenario modeling, and track KPIs.

- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights.

- Support long-range planning processes, including data input, consolidation, reporting, and analysis.

- Undertake ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned by the supervisor and management.

- Maintain overlap with US business hours for team collaboration.

Key Qualifications:

- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in FMCG, Consumer Electronics, or PC industry.

- Expert Excel user, ideally familiar with ESS base and Oracle.

- Experience working in a matrix/functional structure.

- University degree, fluent in English, and any other certifications or languages are a plus.

- Enjoy fast-changing business contexts, capable of bringing structure while enabling pace and controls.

- Self-motivated, familiar with multicultural contexts, and at ease in communication with management.

- Hybrid role, based 3 days on-site in the office.
