## Description

We are seeking an Experience Designer (Visual Craft and UI) to join our EA SPORTS FC team. As an Experience Designer, you will partner closely with product managers, producers, engineers, and fellow designers to create meaningful, high-impact experiences within FC's live service.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in game development or product design, a strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to connect form and function into intuitive and scalable experiences, and strong visual craft across UI, typography, and composition.

Responsibilities:

- Design and integrate live events, seasonal content, partnership opportunities, and real-world moments into the player's experience

- Balance creative exploration with practical execution

- Collaborate cross-functionally across a large organisation

- Develop and communicate design rationales to stakeholders

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in game development or product design

- Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to connect form and function into intuitive and scalable experiences

- Strong visual craft across UI, typography, and composition

- Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe Suite, or similar)

- Strong systems thinking and ability to design within existing frameworks and constraints

- Experience working with, contributing, or creating design systems

- Solid foundation in typography, layout, composition, and interaction patterns

- Strong storytelling, presentation, and design rationale skills

- Ability to independently drive design initiatives from concept to implementation

Nice to have:

- Experience working on live service games

- Passion for games and interactive entertainment

- Affinity for football (soccer)

We offer a competitive salary range of $104,500 - $142,800 CAD, as well as a package of benefits including vacation time, sick time, and extended health/dental/vision coverage.
