At Morgan & Morgan, the work we do matters. We're a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting the people, not the powerful. We're looking for an experienced Personal Injury Trial Attorney to join our quickly growing practice in Cincinnati.

Our law firm's generous and competitive compensation includes a base salary, guaranteed commission, and competitive ongoing commission fees / bonuses (uncapped), as well as a full benefits package. Each litigator will have a large case staff assisting them, including a dedicated paralegal and a dedicated legal assistant.

Responsibilities:

- Handle a heavy and complex case load from pre-litigation, litigation, trial prep, and trial

- Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and motions

- Guide plaintiff clients through the case process

- Interact with expert witnesses, including conferences and drafting expert reports and affidavits

- Attend and prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances

Qualifications:

- Law degree (J.D.) from a fully accredited law school

- Active member in good standing with the State Bar Association (Ohio required)

- Minimum 3+ years of personal injury / premises liability experience

- Ability to manage a high volume of pre-lit and litigation cases

- Excellent client service and communication skills

- Self-starter driven by long-term career goals

- Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
