## Description

Join M&S as a Christmas Customer Assistant in Hereford, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK's fastest growing retailer. Various work patterns are available, to be discussed at interview. Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll provide five-star service, deliver style advice, recommend and sell new products, and enhance the customer experience using digital tools like the Sparks App and in-store devices. You'll work in a high-pressure environment, stay sharp, fast, and focused during busy periods, and contribute to a positive team environment.
