## Description

We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead our team and drive business operations. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day business operations, leading a team of up to 150 FTE, and reporting to the Sr. Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:

- Manage client relationships and serve as the point of contact for clients

- Provide updates on performance and present in business reviews

- Work closely with team leaders and teammates to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge

- Ensure KPIs are met consistently and solve business problems through innovation

- Scale operations, drive performance management, and foster employee retention

Requirements:

- B2 English level or higher

- Two plus years of managing supervisors in a call center environment

- One plus year of client management experience

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or management is a plus

Job Expectations:

- This role is located on-site at one of our offices in Cali, Colombia

- Flexible schedule required, with hours depending on client needs
