We're looking for a skilled Packaging Operator to join our team at our Oosterbierum plant. As a Packaging Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining packaging equipment, ensuring that our products are packaged efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain packaging equipment, including filling machines, cartoners, and palletizers

- Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment

- Collaborate with production team members to resolve issues and improve processes

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment

- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and electrical controls

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with packaging equipment and automation systems

- Knowledge of quality control procedures and testing methods

- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
