## Description

BBC Studios is seeking a Retail Partnerships Manager to bring its brands to life at retail through best-in-class campaigns, promotions, and activations.

The successful candidate will work across retailers, licensees, and internal marketing teams to identify opportunities to drive brand visibility and shopper engagement, securing and delivering retail marketing programs that support key product launches and business priorities.

Key responsibilities include:

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key retail partners across ANZ

- Identifying and securing retail campaign and promotional opportunities that support category growth and key product launches

- Partnering with retailers and licensees to develop compelling marketing activations and cross-promotional programs

- Leading the end-to-end delivery of retail campaigns, promotions, and activations

- Contributing to annual retail planning and activation calendars

- Monitoring retail activity, category trends, and competitive programs

- Supporting the planning and delivery of retail activations, promotional events, and experiential programs

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in retail marketing, shopper marketing, trade marketing, brand partnerships, licensing, or consumer products, with strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, excellent project management and organisational capabilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
