## Description

We are seeking a skilled High-Pressure Hydraulics Mechanic to join our team at Audi Formula Racing GmbH in Neuburg, Germany.

As a High-Pressure Hydraulics Mechanic, you will work on a critical component of our high-performance powertrain, ensuring our competitiveness in the highly competitive Formula 1 environment. Your tasks will include:

- Independent assembly and commissioning of high-pressure hydraulic systems for motorsport applications

- Fabricating jigs and tools to facilitate the assembly process in collaboration with the design department

- Testing, adjusting, and commissioning high-pressure hydraulic systems and their subsystems

- Carrying out measurements and adjustments during the assembly process

- Troubleshooting components and the overall system in close collaboration with component managers

- Documenting individual work steps

- Continuously improving work processes in the manufacture of high-pressure hydraulic systems

- Identifying issues in the assembly process in close coordination with the component manager and quality assurance

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- An excellent understanding of mechanical systems

- Solid vocational training or technical qualification with professional experience in motorsport

- Ability to work effectively in global teams

- High level of commitment and problem-solving skills

- A resilient, confident personality with strong team spirit, high motivation, and a proactive approach

- Excellent creative and manual skills

- Full professional proficiency in German or English and a willingness to learn a basic level in the corresponding other language
