## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at the Metro Centre, Gateshead. As a frontline team member, you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively under pressure, and drive sales growth.

Working hours include early mornings, Sundays, and potential full-time hours during peak periods (13th and 20th December).

Key responsibilities:

- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued

- Confidently recommend and sell M&S Food products

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive team environment, supporting colleagues to meet customer demands

- Adapt to changing store demands, working across various areas as needed

As a Customer Assistant, you'll need to be digitally confident, resilient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. If you're a team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
