## Description

ZoomInfo is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to redefine how identity, devices, and automation intersect.

The ideal candidate will architect a seamless ecosystem where Workday serves as the heart of automation, and Intune/Jamf act as gatekeepers for device trust. They will build AI-driven bots and complex Okta Workflows to solve IT problems, ensuring a strong security posture.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Identity Orchestration & Automation**

- Build advanced downstream automation for granular lifecycle events using Workday-Okta integration.

- Design and maintain mission-critical Okta Workflows for automating Slack channel provisioning, Google Workspace delegation, and Jira project access.

- Develop AI-powered bots for natural language access requests and automated troubleshooting of identity issues.

**Endpoint & Device Trust**

- Integrate Microsoft Intune and Jamf with Okta to enforce Device Trust and Passwordless authentication.

- Implement and manage Okta Universal Logout and session revocation strategies.

- Design policies for conditional access to sensitive corporate data.

**Data-Driven Troubleshooting**

- Use Okta Expression Language and advanced System Log queries to identify authentication failures or security anomalies.

- Create dashboards to monitor integration health and user adoption metrics using API-based log streaming.

**Requirements:**

- 6+ years of experience with Okta and Okta Workflows.

- Expertise with MDM solutions (Intune and Jamf) and their integration with Identity Providers.

- Experience with Workday RaaS and Business Process events as triggers for complex Okta Workflows.

- Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript.

- A history of building automation, bots, or custom tools that improve the employee experience.
