## Description

As a Branch Manager Trainee at Intl Wealth & Premier Banking in Tijuana, you will play a key role in enhancing customer service experience through our branch.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage and maximise the performance of your team

- Strengthen relationships with clients

- Identify and develop new business opportunities

- Provide training to branch executives

- Oversee daily branch operations from Monday to Saturday

**Requirements:**

- Completed degree in Economics, Administration, or Finance

- Knowledge of existing regulations

- Certification in AMIB, Figure 1, 2, and 3

- At least three years of experience in the financial sector

- Experience in other segments (Retail, Premier, Advance)

- Understanding of financial mathematics
