## Description

The Senior Product Sourcing Engineer drives strategic supply network development and cost management of Anduril's product hardware across their lifecycles.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct supplier selection for specific products

- Partner with strategic suppliers to accelerate product development

- Drive development and consolidation of manufacturing BOM

- Manage CAPEX throughout NPI

- Conduct value-stream mapping to optimize supply network lead time and flexibility

- Complete BOM risk assessment

- Ensure completion of all component qualifications

- Reduce complexity through commonality optimization and component/supplier rationalization

- Lead cost engineering activities

- Manage ad-hoc cost issues

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field

- 5+ years of experience in sourcing engineering, supplier engagement, or design of electronics/mechanical devices

- Domain expertise in value/procurement engineering or TCO-related work

- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

- Ability to relocate to Huntsville, AL

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree or advanced technical degree

- Experience in design and development of electronics/mechanical devices

- Advanced sourcing activities

- Supplier development

- Early supplier engagement

- Experience in highly regulated environments

- Familiarity with high-tech products in high-mix, low-volume environments

- Exposure to fast-paced, start-up environments

- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance
