## Description

As a Charge Nurse (Sister), you'll play a vital leadership role in ensuring the highest standards of clinical care.

You will lead and support the nursing team to deliver exceptional, evidence-based care. Act as a role model, promoting best practice and clinical excellence. Support residents, families, and the multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding person-centred care. Maintain the highest standards of patient safety, dignity, and confidentiality. Ensure compliance with the NMC Code, CQC standards, infection prevention policies, and Fairlie Healthcare procedures. Create a positive, supportive environment where both residents and colleagues can thrive.

The main duties of the job include:

- Active NMC Registration (RN1)

- A thorough understanding of the NMC Code of Professional Conduct

- Excellent medication management skills

- Strong leadership and organisational abilities

- The ability to prioritise and manage a busy clinical environment

- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional resident care
