## Description

A dedicated Finance Operations Program Manager is sought to lead and drive transformative initiatives across global finance operations. The role involves ensuring flawless execution of cross-functional projects, improving efficiency, and delivering measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities include serving as the sole lead for Finance Operations initiatives, establishing clear accountability and ownership, translating strategic priorities into a coordinated execution plan, and driving disciplined delivery across functions, regions, and shared services.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in finance operations, transformation, strategy, or program management, with proven experience leading cross-functional, enterprise-level initiatives.

A strong understanding of Finance Operations processes, executive-level communication and collaborator management skills, and experience in large-scale transformation, automation, or operating model redesign are also essential.

The role offers the opportunity to partner with Finance leaders, Shared Services, Technology, Compliance, Finance Transformation, and Business collaborators, providing clear, executive-level communication on progress, risks, and outcomes.
