## Description

Okta is seeking a Technical Platform Analyst, Enablement Systems to play a critical role in powering the technology infrastructure that delivers governed content, workflow guidance, and AI-assisted enablement to Okta's global sales organisation.

The successful candidate will serve as the day-to-day administrator behind the revenue enablement stack, supporting content and platform health and owning the ongoing maintenance, governance, and optimisation of core content and learning technology.

Key responsibilities include:

- Executing end-to-end technical platform management, including taxonomy, user permissioning, system health, and critical integrations

- Operationalising content strategy and governance, ensuring governed content architecture, metadata standards, versioning control, and ownership structures

- Optimising search and in-flow delivery, monitoring and configuring search algorithms, AI prompt workflows, and content delivery mechanisms

- Driving platform analytics and reporting, monitoring platform health, content reuse, search queries, and adoption metrics

- Collaborating cross-functionally with Global Enablement, GTM Ops, Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, IT, and other content owners

- Supporting AI-enabled content delivery, maintaining metadata, structure, and permissions for AI assistants, agents, and search

- Evaluating AI features and integrations, testing new AI capabilities and documenting findings

The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience in enablement technology administration, revenue operations, or sales technology management, with hands-on administrative expertise with revenue enablement content or learning platforms.
