## Description

Join the Food & Beverage team at Target as a Food & Beverage Expert. In this role, you will play a crucial part in creating an exceptional guest experience by ensuring that products are fresh, in stock, and accurately priced. You will be responsible for executing Food & Beverage processes, including food deliveries, replenishment, and maintaining a clean and organised store environment.

As a Food & Beverage Expert, you will:

- Deliver an exceptional guest experience, prioritising their needs over tasks

- Execute Food & Beverage processes, including food deliveries, replenishment, and maintaining a clean and organised store environment

- Uphold and maintain the execution of Food & Beverage Standards

- Work with vendors to set and maintain sales floor merchandise displays

- Locate and identify damaged, recalled, or expired items and process according to Target's policies and procedures

To succeed in this role, you should:

- Enjoy interacting and helping others

- Thrive in a fast-moving, highly active, and physically demanding role

- Be open to working a flexible work schedule with varying hours, days, or shifts

- Have previous food or grocery experience, although not required

- Possess a welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and team members

- Be able to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment
