## Description

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an Expert – Oracle Agile PLM to provide strong technical expertise and solution ownership for the Oracle Agile PLM platform and its integrations across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Oracle Agile PLM, PLM processes, integrations, application support, and enterprise technology environments, along with the ability to work effectively with business, architecture, engineering, and support teams.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Provide technical expertise and application ownership for Oracle Agile PLM solutions.

- Design, configure, develop, and support Agile PLM workflows, business rules, objects, roles, and configurations.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.

- Develop and support Agile PLM integrations with ERP, CRM, supply chain, engineering, manufacturing, and other enterprise applications.

- Work with Agile PLM APIs, SDK, web services, REST/SOAP interfaces, and integration frameworks.

- Lead technical delivery for enhancements, releases, upgrades, migrations, and application modernization.

- Troubleshoot complex application issues and provide root-cause analysis and permanent corrective actions.

- Support production operations by driving application stability, performance, availability, and reliability.

- Participate in Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management processes and ensure timely resolution of critical issues.

- Identify opportunities for automation, monitoring, observability, and operational efficiency.

- Support vulnerability remediation, technology upgrades, patching, and application security requirements.

- Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, business teams, and external partners on technical solutions.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, support procedures, and knowledge articles.

- Participate in code/configuration reviews and ensure adherence to enterprise architecture and development standards.

- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building Agile PLM technical capability within the team.

**What you need to bring:**

- 8+ years of IT experience with significant hands-on experience in Oracle Agile PLM.

- Strong experience with Oracle Agile PLM 9.x and its core capabilities.

- Strong knowledge of Agile PLM architecture and configuration, Item and BOM management, Change management, Workflows and business rules, User, role, and security administration, Agile PLM SDK/API, Data migration and data management, Application troubleshooting and performance tuning.

- Experience developing and supporting enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, middleware, and databases.

- Strong understanding of Oracle databases and SQL.

- Experience with application deployment, environment management, and release processes.

- Good understanding of ITIL / ITSM practices, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.

- Experience working in production support and enterprise application environments.
