## Description

We are seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team at Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd in Kendal, Cumbria. As a Customer Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, supporting customers with their queries, and ensuring that the store is presented in a clean and tidy manner.

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Provide exceptional customer service, making customers feel valued and supported

- Assist with various tasks such as filling shelves, picking orders, serving customers, and selling products

- Use digital tools to enhance customer experience and perform job tasks efficiently

- Help organize and move stock, maintain shelf tidiness, and ensure a safe working environment

- Develop product knowledge to make informed recommendations to customers
