## Description

We are seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to join our team at JW Marriott in Hong Kong.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining hotel business, building strong partnerships with buyers to penetrate and grow market share, and driving sales for the hotel.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and maintaining hotel business

- Building strong partnerships with buyers to penetrate and grow market share

- Analyzing customer situations and providing market intelligence on economic trends and competitor activities

- Achieving personal and team-related business goals by delivering service excellence

- Partnering with the hotel's leadership team to develop a comprehensive strategic plan to grow market share

- Supporting the department in line with the company's strategies and brand standards

Requirements:

- A relevant degree in business or a related field

- A minimum of 2 years of working experience as a sales representative in a hotel-related field

- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales

- Good business sense with excellent account-serving manner

- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills

- Self-motivated and well-organized with a high focus on details; good team player

- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills

- Passionate about Hospitality
