## Description

Join Freshfields to work on exciting challenges at the intersection of law, technology, and business. As a Project Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI-enabled legal solutions, applications, and technology initiatives.

Responsibilities:

- Lead project planning, execution, and delivery of AI-enabled legal solutions

- Partner with lawyers, business stakeholders, Product Managers, and Engineers to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics

- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions

- Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, budgets, risks, and issue resolution

- Support pilot programs, user acceptance testing, rollout activities, and adoption initiatives

- Track and report project progress, benefits realization, risks, and opportunities to leadership stakeholders

- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes, governance, and change management practices

- Ensure solutions are implemented in alignment with security, compliance, risk, and responsible AI requirements

Skills and Experience:

- Experience managing technology, legal technology, AI, digital transformation, or business process projects

- Strong project management expertise, including planning, resource coordination, risk management, and stakeholder communications

- Understanding of legal workflows, legal operations, knowledge management, or professional services delivery models

- Experience working with software development, product, and engineering teams using Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies

- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, global environment

- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization

- Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and organizational skills

- Experience supporting technology adoption, change management, and user engagement activities

- PMP, Prince2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project management certification is desirable

- Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, legal AI platforms, document automation, or knowledge management solutions

- Understanding of responsible AI, information governance, privacy, and regulatory considerations

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $110,000 to $160,000.
