## Description

We are seeking a Distributor Sales Manager to join our team in Istanbul, Turkey. As a Distributor Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing distributors in your assigned region, driving sales growth, and improving distribution performance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage and develop distributor relationships to achieve sales growth and distribution targets

- Analyze and report on distributor performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Sales Strategy, Planning and Development teams, to develop and implement effective sales strategies

- Ensure compliance with Diageo's policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements

- Provide training and support to distributors to enhance their capabilities and performance

**Requirements:**

- Strong sales and marketing experience in the FMCG industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to analyze data and provide insights to drive business decisions

- Experience in managing distributors and developing strategies to improve their performance
