This is a high-visibility, high-impact role at the centre of Ford Pro's transformation. As Strategy & Business Transformation Manager, you will work directly with senior leaders to shape direction, drive execution, and ensure the business is set up to win long term.

You will take ownership of critical strategic priorities, leading workstreams that cut across markets and functions. At the same time, you'll act as a trusted partner to leadership, bringing structure, insight, and pace to some of the most important decisions facing the business.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading strategic workstreams end-to-end, from problem definition through to execution Shaping and evolving Ford Pro Europe's strategy and transformation agenda Partnering with senior leaders to drive decision-making and set priorities Delivering complex, cross-functional projects with clear and measurable impact Ensuring alignment across teams, keeping initiatives connected and moving at pace Translating complex analysis into clear, compelling recommendations

This role suits someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving complex problems, and is motivated by real business impact. You'll bring both the intellectual rigor and the presence to operate effectively at senior levels, while maintaining a hands-on approach to delivery.

A strong academic track record is expected; an MBA or equivalent is advantageous but not essential.

This position is based in Dunton, and it is expected the successful candidate will be able to attend the Dunton office for typically 4 days a week and remain flexible on the days they are required to attend the office according to business requirements.
