## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer. You'll be working early mornings, and due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver five-star service at pace and thrive in a high-pressure environment.

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience.

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment and support colleagues in delivering a seamless customer experience.

- Work across various areas of the store, adapting to changing demands.

Requirements:

- Be digitally confident and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Be a team player and flexible in your work.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll be a resilient and committed brand ambassador who’s ready to raise the bar by confidently recommending and selling M&S Food products to customers.
