## Description

We are seeking a Field Service Engineer I to join our team in Kowloon, Hong Kong.

As a Field Service Engineer I, you will seek business opportunities by promoting Honeywell solutions and third-party maintenance solutions to customers, with the goal of securing maintenance orders and retrofit jobs. You will have financial control over jobs according to previously agreed budgets and plans.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Promoting Honeywell solutions and third-party maintenance solutions to customers

- Managing job finances according to budget and plans

- Ensuring customer satisfaction through direct liaison with clients and service recipients

- Performing retrofit projects, service, and maintenance of Honeywell and third-party equipment

- Leading system testing and commissioning works

- Supervising laborers and subcontractors for project works

- Monitoring site works, progress, and completion schedules

- Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors on equipment prices and modification works

- Scheduling and planning resources at the site level

- Performing system design and executing engineering works, including software engineering

- Handling emergency call duties outside normal working hours

- Delivering technical training to employees and external customers

To qualify for this role, you will need:

- A degree in Electrical or Building Services engineering or a related discipline

- At least 2 years of project or maintenance service experience for degree holders

- Proven track record in project management

- Good knowledge of Honeywell systems/products or similar in the industry

- Experience with computer systems, such as Microsoft Office Professional and software programming

- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction

- Good communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently and under pressure

- Good safety awareness

- Willingness to travel to Macau
