## Description

We're seeking a Country Finance Head to lead our Strategy & Finance team in the Philippines. As a senior leadership role, you will provide visible leadership to the broader Strategy & Finance community and directly lead and develop the Philippines Financial Control team.

The focus of the role is to provide financial integrity, statutory and management reporting, governance, business partnering, liquidity and asset stewardship across Telstra's Philippine entities.

Key responsibilities include:

- Financial Control, Accounting and Audit: own the integrity of the books and records for Telstra's Philippine entities, ensure compliance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards, Telstra policies and IFRS group-reporting requirements

- Financial Reporting and Business Partnering: provide clear financial reporting, commercial insight and advice to the Philippines Leadership Team, entity Boards and International Finance leadership

- People and Finance Leadership: lead, coach and develop the Philippines Financial Control team

- Board, Governance and Regulatory Compliance: support Philippine entity Boards through high-quality finance papers, advice and timely follow-through of decisions

The ideal candidate will be an accomplished finance leader with strong financial-control expertise, commercial judgement, strategic thinking and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Requirements include:

- Chartered Accountant, Certified Public Accountant or equivalent professional qualification

- More than 15 years of progressive finance experience, including substantial leadership responsibility within a complex multinational environment

- Demonstrated experience leading, coaching and developing finance teams and providing leadership across a broader finance community
