## Description

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Product, to support strategic priorities for the Consumer Product (CDX) leadership team. CDX owns some of the most critical platforms at Capital One, spanning the Capital One mobile app, advanced marketing and personalization engines, AI-driven platforms, and essential enterprise risk and supplier capabilities.

The Senior Manager will lead whitespace product development, with a focus on AI-enabled customer experiences. They will partner closely with design and engineering peers to set product vision and technical roadmaps, stay up-to-date on product trends and technology capabilities, and partner with CDX leaders to answer thorny product questions.

The Senior Manager will also support the organization's intelligence unit, providing trend and product deep dives to help the organization anticipate headwinds and tailwinds. They will obsess about internal and external customer satisfaction by establishing trusted, close touch relationships with key stakeholders throughout the company.

The role requires proficiency in five key areas: Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, and Transformational Leadership.

**Basic Qualifications:**

- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field, Business, or Marketing.

- OR Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are:

- Sales Territory: $182,500 - $208,300

- Richmond, VA: $182,500 - $208,300

- Riverwoods, IL: $182,500 - $208,300

- Chicago, IL: $182,500 - $208,300

- McLean, VA: $200,700 - $229,100

- New York, NY: $219,000 - $249,900

This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
