## Description

We are seeking a Senior Accessibility Consultant to join our Global UX team. As a Senior Accessibility Consultant, you will embed with teams of developers, designers, and product owners to create world-class accessible experiences for Target's guests and team members.

The pay range for this role is $88,000.00 - $158,000.00 per year, based on several factors including labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications.

In this role, you will:

- Apply internal accessibility procedures based on WCAG 2.2 to digital experiences at all phases of web and app development

- Use assistive technologies to test experiences for accessibility gaps prior to launch

- Collaborate with product, technology, and design teams to drive inclusivity for all Target customers and employees

- Participate in guest research and leverage data to inform decisions

- Help define objectives and results with business partners

- Constructively challenge current thinking and drive change to deliver exceptional user-centric accessible experiences

Requirements:

- Demonstrated success applying WCAG 2.2 AA to create accessible experiences

- Proven ability to lead accessibility efforts throughout all phases of development

- Experience performing accessibility testing with assistive technology

- Strong collaboration and communication skills

- Ability to work in a large organization with many partners

- Passion for continuously improving digital experiences for people with disabilities

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target's needs.
