## Description

Serve as the senior individual-contributor CPA and technical accounting subject matter expert for North America consolidation and financial reporting, ensuring accurate and consistent application of IFRS and U.S. GAAP.

Key responsibilities include:

- Research, interpret, document, and communicate technical accounting guidance under IFRS and U.S. GAAP

- Evaluate contracts, alliances, due diligence, and new business arrangements for financial-reporting impact and appropriate accounting treatment

- Improve technical accounting processes, templates, controls, and knowledge sharing

- Assist in NA consolidation financial close and activities as assigned by Department Lead

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required

- CPA required; advanced degree or additional technical accounting credentials preferred

- Minimum Experience - 12+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience

- Eight plus years of public accounting, technical accounting, consolidation, and/or financial reporting experience
