As a Paid Search Specialist, your focus is delivering high-quality, best-in-class work for clients!

In this role you will:

- Deliver brilliant Paid Search campaigns that outperform KPIs, to budget and on-time, following all best practices and QA processes.

- Provide highly insightful reporting on campaign performance with a good understanding of how this connects to other practices.

- Advocate for the practice with associates and help grow knowledge and skills across this population.

- Develop ideas for process improvements, innovation, and automation that drive measurable impact for clients or the practice.

- Have regular exposure to clients and develop presentation skills.

We're looking for someone who:

- Has at least 12 to 24 months of successful experience delivering activation for clients in Paid Search channels, particularly Google Ads.

- Is passionate about growing their career in marketing and sharing knowledge with others.

- Demonstrates skills in strategy, innovation, and client management.

- Understands how other channels work and optimize together.

- Is a confident, dynamic, engaging, and authentic communicator with excellent presentation skills.

- Has advancing data analysis and storytelling skills.

- Is meticulous, process-oriented, and delivers high-quality work.
