## Description

As a Teamleider Winkel at Coolblue's Rotterdam Alexandrium store, you will be actively involved in the daily operations of the store, providing excellent customer service and leading a team of colleagues.

Your responsibilities include:

- Providing specialist product knowledge to customers and finding the best product or solution for them

- Being a point of contact for colleagues on the shop floor for problems and complex customer queries

- Training, guiding, and coaching colleagues on the shop floor, giving proactive feedback to help them improve

- Collaborating with your team to continuously improve the Coolblue store and sharing ideas with the (Assistant) Storemanager

In terms of benefits, you can expect:

- A minimum salary of €2425 per month based on 40 hours, with a monthly allowance for working as a Teamleider Winkel

- An annual salary increase

To qualify for this role, you will need:

- At least 3 years of experience in a commercial role in a store

- Experience in managing and coordinating staff is preferred

- The ability to identify opportunities and make improvements

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to give stimulating feedback

- Proficiency in Dutch (both written and spoken)

- Availability to work during store opening hours, including weekends and evenings

- A clean VOG (Police Certificate)
