## Description

TaskUs is seeking a Learning Experience Manager to lead the design, development, and maintenance of existing and new applications to meet an enterprise's functional business requirements and operational needs.

As a Learning Experience Manager, you will manage the initiation, development, and implementation of the TaskUs training department's site-wide initiatives and drive campaign-specific training programs for Team Leaders and Teammates. You will create and maintain materials related to maximizing campaign task mastery and personal development. You will also pioneer campaign-specific training needs and programs, create and execute TL and TM development training, and provide campaign-specific training that is technically sound but engaging.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the initiation, development, and implementation of site-wide initiatives and campaign-specific training programs

- Create and maintain materials related to maximizing campaign task mastery and personal development

- Pioneer campaign-specific training needs and programs

- Create and execute TL and TM development training

- Provide campaign-specific training that is technically sound but engaging

- Propose and publish a year-long training calendar with specific quarterly objectives

- Plan total training policies, programs, new testing tools, methods, and systems

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree or College Degree in any field

- At least 5 years of managerial and/or supervisory experience

- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Highly independent and motivated with a commitment to overseeing projects to completion

- Ability to adapt and level training materials to a given audience
