## Description

You will lead a group of around 10 employees providing consulting services in electrical and plumbing. Your responsibilities include leading and developing the team, securing competence supply, maintaining customer relationships, and participating in sales activities.

As a People Lead, you will have personnel responsibility for your team members and work closely with the Unit Lead and other People Leads to stimulate a trusting and idea-rich work climate.

The role involves being involved in project assignments, acting as project manager, technical responsible, or senior consultant. You will also support and drive projects internationally, including collaboration with colleagues in India.

Requirements include relevant education in electrical or plumbing engineering, or extensive experience in the field. You should have experience as a consultant, entrepreneur, or project manager, and be able to communicate effectively in Swedish and English.

Previous leadership experience is advantageous.
