## Description

Join our team as a Christmas Customer Assistant at our Hot Chicken Hold counter in Thurrock Lakeside.

We are seeking passionate individuals who will serve hot food options quickly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Confidently recommend and serve fresh, hot food options

- Work at pace and under pressure to meet intense customer demand

- Use in-store tools to keep orders flowing

- Work closely with colleagues to maintain a spotless and stocked service area

- Adapt to changing demand across shifts

Please note that this role involves working early mornings, and therefore we cannot consider applications from anyone under the age of 18.

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

Our working hours are: WK1: Thurs  07:00-17:00 Sat      11:00-19:00 Sun     10:00-18:00

WK2: Sat       07:00-17:00
