## Description

As a Musketeer Scout, you will be the face of Red Bull towards our direct clients and partners in the field. You will be responsible for the presence and availability of Red Bull within your own client portfolio/region, including Eindhoven, Tilburg, Breda, and Middelburg.

You are an outspoken sales-driven, entrepreneurial, proactive person who is not afraid to open new doors – literally and figuratively. With your commercial instinct, you spot opportunities before others see them and know how to turn them into concrete actions and measurable results. You feel at home in the field, take ownership of your region, and are visible where it happens.

You combine relationship management, sales, and networking skills and position yourself as a credible sparring partner for entrepreneurs. Results count, but always with an eye on long-term partnerships and brand impact.

Responsibilities:

### Claim Your Territory

Your focus lies on winning new customers within the @WORK channels (business canteens or catering services) and study. When new customers are on board, you move on to building long-term relationships. You know what's going on with your customers and how to increase the overall volume (through availability and visibility) upwards. Based on our product strategy, you ensure that the optimal mix of Red Bull is present at your customers.

### Be a Ambassador & Irreplaceable Consultant

You build relationships easily, connect people and opportunities, and move effortlessly within local networks, communities, and business circles. You know what's happening in your region and who's connected to whom. Be proactive. Listen carefully. Offer suitable solutions for the challenges that entrepreneurs are facing, so that Red Bull is precisely in the right place at the right time.

### Reporting, KPIs, and Analysis

To be used as successfully as possible, it's essential that the foundation of what we do is well-established. This means that you administer all sales properly and also know which targets you want to achieve. Since you have all data clearly visible (customer potential), you can really show your customers that you know what you're talking about: we make a difference!

Besides having data clearly visible for your customers, you can also show your fellow Musketeer Scouts that you're doing well.

As a Musketeer Scout, you will work 4 days a week in your own region and 1 day every two weeks at our headquarters in Amsterdam for administrative and planning tasks.
