## Description

Ruveon is building a focused, fast-moving team and looking for a Process Engineer to join their Soda Springs, Idaho location.

As a Process Engineer, you will provide day-to-day tactical direction, apply technical skills, maintain operations, and resolve routine issues to ensure safe, efficient, productive, and environmentally sound manufacture of active ingredients or intermediates.

Key responsibilities include:

- Making tactical decisions to achieve area performance goals related to safety, quality, waste minimization, capacity, reliability, and operability

- Coordinating with corporate and site production planners on production timing and raw material availability

- Developing and tracking key performance indicators

- Investigating plant performance issues and proposing sound technical solutions

- Serving as process expert and plant representative for design, construction, and implementation of investment projects

- Creating, maintaining, and developing standards for plant operating documentation

- Proposing designs and executing plant trials to enhance plant performance and optimization

- Compiling, formatting, and submitting environmental data for regulatory filings

- Promoting continued development of self and area personnel

- Supporting Site and Area Production System improvements

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in chemical or metallurgical engineering, or knowledge of BS/BA completed by August 2027. Experience in an industrial manufacturing setting is preferred.

The salary range for this position is $63,040.00 - $94,560.00 per year, with additional compensation including a bonus or commission. Benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, and more.
