## Description

Phillips Corporation is seeking a Director, Digital Systems & Strategic Growth to lead the growth of its Digital Systems portfolio. This portfolio brings together technologies that help customers modernize how they design, analyse, simulate, and operate across the manufacturing lifecycle.

The successful candidate will serve as a key connector across manufacturers, sales, business development, and federal customers, helping translate market opportunity into scalable commercial success while strengthening long-term customer value.

Key responsibilities include:

- Driving sales growth, profitability, and market expansion across the Digital Systems portfolio

- Developing and executing product-specific sales and go-to-market strategies

- Equipping the federal sales team with product knowledge, training, and technical resources

- Supporting business development and capture teams with market intelligence and proposal support

- Serving as the primary liaison between the company and technology manufacturers

- Conducting market research and competitive assessments to identify emerging opportunities

- Managing product-level sales forecasts and pipeline visibility

- Supporting customer discovery, solution positioning, and product adoption

- Coordinating with internal teams to deliver customer support and drive renewals

The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $140,000.00 and $180,000.00 per year. A comprehensive benefits package and a profit-sharing bonus are also offered.
