## Description

Tapestry Solutions, a part of Boeing Global Services (BGS), is seeking an Entry-Level Software Engineer in Maryland Heights, MO. This position is part of the team responsible for developing and maintaining weapon planning software products for the USAF.

As a member of a software development scrum team, you will follow the SAFe Agile software development methodology to produce weapon planning software for the next generation Mission Planning system. The next generation system utilizes a microservices architecture and TypeScript and React for the front-end and primarily C# for the back-end services.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop, document, maintain, and unit test code using software development environments and programming languages (C#, TypeScript, JavaScript, React)

- Develop, document, and maintain software design by applying established methods and practices

- Perform troubleshooting of defects and collaborate with others to propose solutions to problems

- Assist in specifying and maintaining software requirements

- Integrate and compile software components into builds

- Test limited component-level software in the target environment

- Document deployed processes and tools and collect metrics

- Perform troubleshooting of operational and integration issues; gather and document supporting data

**Basic Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree or higher

- Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Clearance

- Experience with C#

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science and 0+ years of related work experience OR Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years of directly related work experience OR 8+ years of related, relevant experience

- Experience with Agile/Scrum

- Experience with JavaScript and/or TypeScript

- Experience with Relational Databases

- 1+ years of experience in full software development life-cycle

- Experience with AWS, C2S, or other cloud environments
