## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at The Stadium Milton Keynes. As a frontline team member, you'll provide exceptional customer service, work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, and drive sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued

- Maintain knowledge of M&S Food products and make recommendations

- Operate efficiently in a high-pressure environment, using digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues

- Adapt to changing demands and work across various store areas

**Schedule:**

- Wednesday: 15:00 - 20:00

- Thursday: 15:00 - 20:00

- Friday: 15:00 - 20:00

- Saturday: 15:00 - 20:00

- Potential to work full-time hours during peak periods (13th and 20th December)

**Requirements:**

- Digital confidence and ability to use in-store devices

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment
