## Description

We are seeking a Senior Lifestyle & Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team at Trowbridge Oaks Care Home. As a Senior Lifestyle & Wellbeing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents.

The role involves running morning and afternoon activity sessions, producing and updating activity planners, supporting residents in participating in activities, organising birthday surprises, and liaising with external companies and performers.

You will also assist with breakfast, lunch, and dinner duties when necessary, organise one-to-one sessions with residents, update paperwork and care plans, and support the home's social media channels.

The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with excellent communication skills, able to manage budgets and maintain paperwork, and have a passion for caring for others.
